My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs !I retain the rights of the artworks for promotion and portfolio purposes.
Of course the rights of illustrated characters will remain with their rightful owners.
My work can NOT be resold to a third party !PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform
Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 100€ applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.𖥔 I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
𖥔 Exceptions:
NDA purchased : the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.USE & COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
Print the art for yourself.
Post it on Social Media with credit to me @BerrhystYou may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission.
Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
Remove signatures/watermarks.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Modify the artwork without my consent.
Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
